Free AI Employee #5: Indy, Instagram Content Creator

Build a Month of Instagram Posts

Indy is a free AI Instagram content creator. Answer 19 questions and Indy writes two prompts: a voice sheet so your posts sound like you, and a month generator built on Instagram's own posting rules. Paste both into one chat in Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini and get 12 posts, 4 weeks of Stories, and a calendar.

Who It's For

  • You run a small business on Instagram.
  • You want Reels, carousels, and Stories that sound like you, not like a robot.
  • You'd rather follow Instagram's rules than guess at them.
  • You already use Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini, or you're willing to open one. A free account is enough.

The Problem

Instagram changed the rules. Posts top out at 5 hashtags, caption links don't click, and accounts that recycle content stop getting recommended. A generic AI prompt knows none of that.

How It Works

  1. 1Answer 19 questions about your business, your offer, your voice, and your month. Paste in one or two things you've actually written.
  2. 2Pick your posting days, whether you can film short videos, and where your link in bio goes.
  3. 3Choose Text Only, or Add Media to get the graphics too, labeled as made with AI.
  4. 4Open a new chat in Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini. Paste Step 1, send it, then paste Step 2 into the same chat.
  5. 5Get 12 posts, 4 weeks of Stories, and a calendar telling you what to publish when.
FAQ

Is the Instagram Content Creator free?

Yes. Enter your name and email to hire Indy. One email hires every free AI employee we release. A free AI account is enough.

What do I get?

12 feed posts for one month: Reels scripts if you can film, carousels, and single photos, plus one Story set a week. Each post is dated, with a caption, up to 5 hashtags, and alt text.

Why only 5 hashtags?

Instagram allows 5 per post now. Indy picks 3 to 5 that fit the post instead of 30 that don't.

What does Add Media do?

It asks your AI to make the graphics as well, and to end those captions with "Graphic made with AI." Your real photos and videos still come from your camera. If your AI can't make images, it writes a design brief instead.

Do you see my answers?

No. Your answers stay on your device. We never see them.
